We focus on Class A and B assets located in high-traffic and high-demand corridors, and investments are traditionally structured as equity, yet may on occasion be structured as preferred equity or mezzanine debt.
Asset Management and Leasing
We provide hands-on oversight and white glove service to implement business plans and seek to maximize returns for our investments over their respective hold periods.
