Justin Amirian, Principal

Justin served as the Executive Vice President of Special Situations and Distressed Acquisitions at Delshah Capital, including handling restructurings and distressed asset management for five years. He is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of investment and legal strategy and serves as an in-house legal resource in facilitating the underwriting, closing, and property/asset management of investments. Mr. Amirian directs strategy development and execution of foreclosure and bankruptcy-related litigation and has led the acquisition, origination and disposition of over $500 million-$1 billion worth of property and financings. Mr. Amirian was a Mary Day Scholar and a published author when he received his law degree from Fordham Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in cognitive science at Dartmouth College.

Jason Amirian, Principal

Jason has experience in residential sales and rentals spanning over 15 years in NYC. His hard work has been showcased over the years being a Top 10 producer at Douglas Elliman, including earning the number 3 ranked agent at his company for rentals in 2023, and the number 4 ranked agent for the year 2022. Jason has garnered an honorable, trustworthy reputation among clients for his honest, upfront approach to telling them the pros, cons and possibilities of various real estate options. He is extremely thorough in educating his clients, so they can make the right decisions with full disclosure and confidence.

David Amirian, Principal

David Amirian is a developer focusing on projects in New York City with over twenty-five years of experience in the field of construction.  He has overseen projects such as ground up development, condominium conversions, repositioning, and townhouse conversions totaling over 500,000 square feet with over $500,000,000 in capitalization.
